Wine & Food Seminars

Enlightening and entertaining seminars led by experts on wine and food will fill the day. Nine seminars will be presented in three interest areas. Seminar topics will include wines from around the world, chef demonstrations, chocolate and other culinary creations. This event is only available in Gold and Silver passes.

Track 1: Connoisseur Sessions
Learn more about cheeses, olive oils, artisan breads, herbs, spices and chocolate.

Track 2: Vino Sessions
Three information-packed sessions on Old World (France, Spain, Italy) wines, Emerging Markets (Chile, Australia and Argentina) and the very best of Domestic Wines.

Track 3: Culinary Sessions
From basic culinary skills to cooking a gourmet meal, take a front row seat for cooking demonstrations from professional chefs.
